Harmoyns bandage came off today! her bandage sores got too bad so we're having to risk skipping the 1 layer bandage so her sores have chance to heal, Got to stay on 2 weeks more strict boxrest, then can start going for 5 minute walks! then hopefully spending the daytime out her stable in the lungering/small grass paddock so not as bad on her breathing,

She has also been diagnosed with COPD today, tried looking it up but cant find much, Been told the obvious that she has to go on shavings and haylege, just wondered if it effected the work loads etc for when she is brought back into work, Bearing in mind she *fingers crossed* will be in medium work and not brought back into full work.

Thanks alot!

We had a point to pointer with COPD. She lived out as much as possible, was bedded on shavings and had soaked hay. She managed a 2nd in a race but was prone to nose bleeds so retired to stud.
