Hey guys... Advice please

My mare began coughing randomly a week ago so began spraying her hay... No improvement so had her checked today as she was having her jabs and she has now been diagnosed with mild COPD.

I am going to turn her out for summer but she will be in over winter and will switch to shavings but wondered if anyone could recommend a supplement that may help
