Cordless clippers (again)- Battery connected VS battery on belt?

With cordless clippers there seems to be a choice of either the battery in the handpiece itself or the battery attached to your belt with a connecting lead.

So which is better?

Guess if it's in the clipper handset - it makes it heavier. But it is completely cordless then?

Whereas the one you have the battery on your person, you still have a cord, but hopefully one the horse can't get tangled up in!

Anyone tried both or prefer one to another? And your reasons why?

I have the Lister Liberty and my horse changed from a nightmare to clip to a much easier lad last year. The battery is on the belt and the handset is light and manouverable. They aren't the cheapest but get 10/10 for me.
 
I have just upgraded my Wolsley Harriers (connected to mains) to Liscop cordless (battery connected to the handpiece so no wire)

I cannot believe how much better they are to use, no wires at all is just so much easier & quicker.

They are not as heavy as my Wolsleys.

Cordless ROCKS!

Which clippers are the Liscop cordless, I haven't seen these ones?

So the battery pack and short lead isn't really a problem seemingly - has anyone got the clippers with the battery you attach to the body of the clippers to make them cordless?
