Core Stability

There is a lady called Becky Chapman that teaches Mary Wanless style, which is based on core stability, not sure if that helps?? Think she is based in suffolk but I know she travels to essex.

Or have a look here: http://www.equilates.com/store.html - it's a Pilates for equestrians

The gym balls are really good for core stability, they come with good instructions and lots of web pages on how to use them!

If you look up the muscles transversus abdominus and multifidus they are main ones.

Thanks for all your great suggestions.

Already do pilates and have a gym ball - not the same as doing it on the horse though will check out the book for better exercises. Thanks

Will check out the equilates site - sounds interesting and google Becky Chapman
