You'd be better off getting a bag of Baileys outshine as that will do the job in literally a couple of weeks.

I pop in a supplemnt scoops worth (I suppose that would be about 10mls?). Makes the coat beautiful - soft and shiny. And together with a proper feeding regime really makes the horse look fantastic. I don't feed Vit E with it, as I simply don't feed enough oil to warrant it.
