Correct dress for young competition horse show?

Couple of weeks ago I entered a young competiton horse class with my youngster, I was also doing working hunter on the day so had on a tweed jacket and tie. We won the class

and qualified for final so i can't have got it too wrong, question is, would I be better in black showing jacket and stock for the final or should I just go as I was before? thx

If you are doing Working Hunter then go in the Tweed.
but depends what the young horse class is???

Good point! Is a course of fences followed by freestyle show (individual). Fences last time were the working hunter ones as was in the same ring after the open
I'm not doing the working hunter class this time - which is why I asked really.

Im guessing it won't matter too much either way?
