Could quite easily be either, it does look very Springer-ish but some Working Cockers look identical to that.
IMO it has a more Cocker head than a Springer (or how a Springer SHOULD look) but some people breed tiny Springers and huge Cockers, so it's difficult to tell.
We have two Working Cockers that are always mistaken for Springers. It's the Liver and White, throws people off.
In fact having just re-read the advert and seen that it is docked, I would say it is definately a Working Cocker.
