Cost of export to Qatar?

Does anyone have any insights into the cost of exporting a dog (deerhound and a springer spaniel) to Qatar? I know quarantine is no longer needed on the way back with the new rabies protocol of rabies vaccines and blood tests.

I know of one from an area close to Quatar that was bought back to the UK after a posting and it cost around £1500 but the best way is to call the airlines direct as I suspect they charge by weight for the flight plus import and export fees. I think they said that it was a different price if you were on the same flight as the dog but again you would need to ask directly
