cost of indoor school

has anyone got a rough idea of how much this may cost? whatever size, obviously the bigger I can afford the better, i do a lot of jumping.
Not including the top surface, as im aware of that.

We put up a new 110' x 70' steel framed building for £55,000 including groundworks (not concrete). So I would have thought an Indoor arena would be prehaps around £75,000+.

I'm building a 54 m by 21 m steel framed building, clad with fibre cement on the roof with box profile round the sides. The riding part is going to be 40 m with the remaining 14 m being made into 6 very large stables, a tack room, kitchen and a toilet plus an area for the farrier etc. Including the erection of the building, groundworks, drainage etc. I'm going to be in the region of £100k but I've had to shop around as the quotes for the building alone varied widely! Remember you will have to apply for Full Planning Permission and Building Warrant - this cost me £5k as indoor riding schools aren't agricultural buildings and therefore come under a different scale of fees. Luckily my Dad draws plans so didn't have to pay for this
