Cost of new all weather arena

Hi guys - hope you're all fine and dandy,

Had a quote today for a 40 x 20 rubber and silicone manege - £19K, all in. Thought it was a bit pricey to be honest, but I may be well out of touch. Can you let me know what you chaps think? I'm in North Wales by the way. Thanks!

We paid £18k for a 20x50 2 years ago with sand and rubber - very little groundwork to do first though as being in the fens it was dead flat to start with. Same company now quoting £20,500 due to increased fuel costs for getting materials to site - don't forget haulage prices have risen dramatically with fuel costs

Yes, that's true, In fact everything seems to have gone up I suppose. Does seem about right then doesn't it. Thanks for your reply.

any idea how much it would cost for a 20x20 if we did all the ground work going be a "stock handling area" for PP and accountant.
