How much do x-rays cost.

It will be for one foreleg, not a whole set of 4.

Mine for one foreleg was £210.

is it a mobile x-ray done at your place if so my last one (4 x-rays-1 leg) was £85

I would expect it to come in around the £100 mark, maybe £20 either side, dependent upon number of slides.

when my mare was x-rayed it was 4 slides on each front leg (8 in total) and came to £380 but that included visit and sedation (she was a bit figety)

ETS :also may add hers were for feet so different angles were needed rather than whole leg.

It vary's wildly depending on vets and what equipment they use.

I think my vet is in the region of £100 for just turning up with his snazzy digital machine, and then about £15 a picture from memory (this excludes call out fee and any sedation you might need)

When you say leg - it depends if you mean whole leg or jast part of leg! depending on the issue you should really allow 3-4 pictures per joint to cover all angles, 2 will normally be fine for say mid-cannon

Cost is based on £25 plus VAT per plate.
Plus any sedation needed

mobile x-ray for both fronts, cost me about £150 including call out charge and sedation. That was for 4 different slides, one side view and one front view of each foot.
