Who do you use? Friend of mine recommended using our vet (who we both rate highly) however when I called today the secretary laughed and said no, to use Dave Reagan, who comes on VERY high recommendation from various people and I have used him before. Have called him and have to wait 3 weeks for an appt

Just wondering if there are any REALLY good recommendations.

I use a dentist call Eric Cleary. (google him).

He travels the country. Lives is Sussex I think, but does cover the whole of the UK. He's coming to me tomorrow funnily enough. Don't have to wait long normally.

i highly recommend my equine dentist, Amanda Ganley, she is so good with my pony. he can be very difficult to handle, especially when there is a stranger with scary equipment, my vet said there was no way anyone could do his teeth without sedation, but she did him no probs, she calms my pony right down and is very gentle and talks to him.

Bummer re the 3 week wait!! He obviously is a busy boy!!

I personally think he is worth waiting for unless your horse has a very sore mouth and needs immediate attention.

I know Dave Reagan, he used to lecture Equine Dental Science at Hartpury and then did a runner leaving students in the lurch!
