Cotswold sport - away?

I'm looking to buy a new hanging cheek snaffle and liked the look of their tongue saver lozenge bit but when I searched on ebay it says they are away but nothing mentioned on the main site??

I'm wondering if they'll still process orders via the main site just now? I need one quite quickly so if they are not available I might need to just order a cheaper hanging cheek in the meantime and wait for them to return.

Just wondered if anyone was aware of this?
