I have 2 bridles from CS, reins and a grackle noseband too - oh and a martingale - cannot fault any of it!

I've got 2 bridles too. They're very very nice. Quite generously sized so my bling f/s bridle was too big for PF *sniffle* I've got a padded comfort bridle and it's gorgeous

would you say that Sherborne Clip Bridle was nearer a extra full type size

Nice price, and I change bits quite regularly, and my Kieffer one is going back as it is toooo big. Is extra full

Leatherwork and bridles are nice but be careful of the clip bridles as I know of two that have snapped. One of which was galloped towards a downhill xc fence - not funny !!

We have only had 2 reports of clips snapping, and both appear to have abnormal strain put on the clip.

If you leave a horse tied up with any clip bridle and they can easily get caught up and pull back; it will either break the clip or severely weaken it.

Also I wouldn't advise clips in general (any make!!) for cross country, hunting or polo (illegal in polo).

oo forgot to ask....

do you think i would be getting a cob size for my 15.3 TB
he current bridle is fS but ive had to punch extra holes in the noseband and cheek pieces are near the top fitting? so he must have a smaller head ???

15.3hh TB is definitely a candidate for a cob size - especially if they take a 5" bit.

hes in a 5" bit so cob size it is then

off too order now! ahhh cant decide which one lol
