Cottage/Croft with land Wanted

Currently live out near Banchory and my partner has been promoted and is starting his new job start of september in Fochabers. In desperate need of a dog friendly property in the countryside with some land available for my horse. Dont mind having to help out with owners horses in exchange etc as that is currently what we do at the moment (well partner helps with cows etc in exchange for a free house) Been searching through Gumtree, Zoopla etc but nothing

Have tried them only have 1 property and pets arent allowed
