Could teeth need rasping?

Hi. Folks. A little advice please. One of our ponies is grazing but continually putting his head up - as if to swallow down he needs to have his head up -, in contrast to our other pony who is continually head down. He also seems to be wiggle his jaws around... and has possibly dropped a little weight. He seems a little restless too. Could these be signs of teeth needing rasping? Thanks very much

Could also be a broken or infected tooth. Definitely you need to have them looked at. Good luck!
