when I was driving around an icey blind bend on a twisty, dangerous road this AM to find myself behind a horse and rider! On top of that, the rider had no helmet on!!

I thought about winding the window down and asking if it was completly nessecary!! I think I've driven past her before, same blind bend, almost dark at rush hour!!
Isn't it illegal to ride on road without a helmet?

What a selfish idiot, I would have been furious at that. What about the family they would leave behind, or the person who could potentially not stop in time and run into them, they would have to bloody live with it, so selfish

How irresponsible - to road users and themselves, least of all the poor horse if it got hit by a vehicle. Unbelievable!!!!!!
