Oooh yes seconded - one of my favourite soups. Add cream cheese when you reheat it. (Is there a Yum smiley?)

Funny you should ask, I recently discovered that my TB enjoys a courgette or two. He's still alive, so I guess they aren't poisonous to horses. My youngster wouldn't touch them though, so I guess it's a matter of taste

You can also roast them with pepers etc for Xma day vegs then make soup with leftovers
