Court case tomorrow - wish us luck

Please can I have any good luck vibes going spare as tomorrow we are attending court in the trial against a lady who sold a "pony club / jumping" pony to my friend, which turned out to have advanced degenerative arthritis and was never sound. I looked after the little mare for several months but she just got worse and she is now pain free in pony heaven.

The lady who sold her has a habit of selling ponies with startling regularity but is pretending not to be a dealer. She is also pretending that she didn't know that the pony had a soundness problem either. I will post what happens after the trial but hopefully the truth will prevail.

Thank you for your replies. I have cried buckets over the fate of this poor little pony who must have suffered a great deal before we made the difficult decision to end her suffering and prevent her from being sold on yet again.

How did you get on? How sad.

I have just won a case against a dealer in the Staplehurst area of Kent. I hope it wasn't too stressful. The judge in my case was great.
