hi. i keep seeing these 'cover-all' arenas advertised in H&H and was wondering if anyone here has one or has used one?
i am assuming you need planning permission for one, but was wondering what pople tohught they were like when they used them?? and also what the prices start from?
hm - don't you just hate the winter - soggy arenas and puddles, lovely! especilly if your youngsters are puddle-phobics!!!!

Lottery winners with local councils in their pocket only, I think!

They are very popular over here in Canada. The cost of them is approximately one third of the price of a comparable sized, framed indoor arena.

I have ridden in them and they are very very light to ride in so lights are not needed as much as with a regular indoor. They are very warm inside however they are very noisy when it rains and if you have snow then they make a cool noise when the snow finally melts and slides off!

Over here people do need planning permission for them, the same as any other indoor arena.

A friend of mine had 2 of his Coveralls (authentic ones) blow away and take the posts with them!

I think they are not nice looking however I am quite used to seeing them around now as loads of people have them. BUT they are very cheap so I can understand why people do buy them. I very much doubt I would have one unless I could hide it away somewhere......
