Cover for V check breastplate?

Does anyone know where (or if) you can get covers for a V check breastplate? I have an elasticated one but my Horse has really thin skin - rubs a bit. I've seen ones for breast girths but not V check ones. Was thinking I could buy 2 fleece girth sleeves and make something if not!!

I use 2 sheepskin noseband covers. They fit perfectly either side of the centre chest part of the V and I didn't have to any alterations to them.
