Sorry no pics.
Since I bought Lottie she has had a superficial hairline just on the surface of the hoof wall crack on her off fore. It's finally been growing out recently and was only about 1/3 of the way up her hoof wall last week.
Anyway the last week it's suddenly opened up a little, gone higher up her foot again and looking at the bottom of her foot it's not so superficial any more. Not all the way through.
I'm contacting farrier (waiting for text back but will probably be tomorrow now) but any advice for what I could do in the meantime? I've sprayed it with foot spray stuff (the red horse one) but should I soak it in Cleantrax maybe?
Quite annoyed I think it's cos of the harder ground and she's been living out for a couple of weeks now.
