Still getting over the excitement from yesterdays hunt, after nearly choosing not to go due to forcast of the weather, was definitely glad I did!
Was a combined meet of 4 dartmoor hunts and this year was hosted by my regular pack so was a joy to see them out working so well.
What I loved most was the HUGE field! I didn't count, and at first thought there was 40 odd but looking back at it it must have been more. I have never been out with so many, and the horse I was on is an absolute saint!
Cant wait to get out again now, but just got to see if I can get any lifts anywhere as no lorry or trailer
but be looking forward to end of season meet where it is hosted at home
