Before we start, no, I am not affiliated with the owners! I am doing my usual "I love this neddy and would buy him if I could, so I am sharing the link in the hopes that someone else gets him and I can steal him." 
We looked at this advert as Blue looks like a fantastically safe and confidence-giving pony for my Mum, safe but not boring or ploddy. Unfortunately, he cannot have hay and so is not for us.
Anyway, I love him and thought I would share as he's a super pony for someone wanting to hack and have fun. I wish we could have him!
