OK - I'm coming home for a visit in August and there are a couple of things that I will need to bring with me UNLESS I can buy them in UK

1 Am I able to buy the Fructis 'Sleek & Shine' shampoo and conditioner in UK?

Need the 2nd to keep up with my diet while I'm in UK

The shampoo they sell in ASDA but you can also get it off Amazon, EBay and I'm sure Boots or Superdrug would sell it.

The shake, I don't think so but most supermarkets sell Slimfast

Holland and Barratt is prob your best bet for protein shakes, body fortress do a good protein based one, no sugar or added nasties.

Thanks - looks like I may have to bring the protein shake with me - its the best tasting one I've had.

Good idea, if you do get stuck the body fortress choc flavour is very good with milk, or half milk half water.
