'Crib stop' alternative????!

Ive tried crib stop & cribbox, neither now works Anyone got any good ideas for revolting tasting stuff to stop wood chewing?! I was thinking about getting some really really strong chilli sauce nxt time I go shopping...any experiences?!

There's a spray to stop pets chewing furniture, its Johnsons iirc & from pet shops etc. Daughters loves the taste of all sorts of odd stuff, wormers, cribbox, mustard etc but won't touch that. Will lick soap & washing up liquid too even so must be vile tasting.

Yes! Bucket of poo and water - painted onto affected areas. Completely disgusting I know, but cheap!!

I used to dollop poo on top of the odd post my cribber took a fancy to - works a treat!

used engine oil!!!
painted all over wooden fences and posts does a marvellous job or stopping the biting/chewing and preserving the wood too!

Mustard powder mixed to a paste and painted on - also works on tail flaps of rugs if you have a 'tugger'!
