Crisps!

My dartmoor LOVES crisps! Any flavour except for Smokey Bacon! Obviously the Shetlands will eat anything you put in front of them regardless of flavour - I have given them Wasabi Peas before and they asked for more! The TB's don't like crisps or chocolate but Gray is partial to a Haribo or two!

The Irish draught likes crisps, but then she likes everything. She even steals my sandwiches!
The geldings are much more fussy. One will only eat carrots and the odd apple. The other one will eat bread, but crisps are too exotic for him.

My ID (unfortunately he has passed) used to love Doritos and a cuppa tea.
I was eating them one day outside his stable and the nose went into the tea and he drank it then he stole the dorito I had in my paw while he was at it. He had quite a few of us rolling round laughing at it.

He was very rude and slurped his (my) tea too!

My old Welsh d would come flying down the field if she thought she heard a crisp packet! And then proceed to beg as hard as she could. Particular favourite was prawn cocktail

Can't say I've tried mine on crisps.
They love any sort of sweeties though.
Except my rescue who hates mints! Although i think that's because he never had sweeties or feed or anything beforehe was rescued as he didn't know what to do the first time I gave him a bowl of feed.

Chilli loves ready salted hoola hoops. Think she likes them because they crunch and don't just snap and get spiky in her mouth like regular crisps. And now i'm hungry!

I let the girls try most things, everything from sweets, to crisps, sandwiches, coffee, fruit juice, cakes - All sorts.

If it's something particularly exotic I'll do a quick google search to make sure they're ok to have it though!

I'm sure that horses love the texture of anything crispy or crunchy. I've even seen them picking up chunks of ice from frozen puddles in the arena to munch loudly on them.

I'll see if I can get hold of some of the good stuff to try up at the yard.

Now I like marmite, but not sure about marmite crisps!
I’m not wasting good crisps on Mr H, I need the crisps to accompany the gin....

Mine would have a Guinness, straight from the glass, at the pub on a Sunday. Although he was suspicious of any hand fed treats that were unfamiliar, this was after the great 'Antibiotic hiding spree' of 2017. Not sure he ever fully trusted me with treats after that

Sour cream and chive Pringles were my horses favourites...

Along with raiding the bin for cans of coke

You've just reminded me, the same ID i mentioned earlier loved a good slurp of coca cola. If you left a bottle about he would take it in his teeth, tip it up and down it in one.
