Crosby Saddles

No experiences but I'm watching with interest as I think I've seen the same ones as you and the price is v good.
You could try the Chron of Horse forum as Crosbys are/were more popular in the USA.

I had one years ago but it didn't really fit anything and took ages to sell, they may have changed but were popular in the US because they suited the finer tb types, having an adjustable gullet does not make them wider all the way through so be careful if your horse has a wider spine as it may not fit even with a gullet change.

thanks BP, yes I know what you mean re adjustability, but i have an Isabel Werth dressage at the moment and like the fact i can partially adjust it with a gullet change if need be, it fits my boy well but after 5 years use is looking a little tired and I would now like something in leather and possibly with a narrower twist for me, I liked the style of the monoflap dressage, but untill you pop it on the horse and sit in it - you never know ! :-} it is a bit of a minefield. my jump saddle is an older monoflap devoucoux and I love that !

If the Devoucoux works the Crosby may well do, they should suit similar types, I loved mine but it did not suit the type I had, it went in the end to someone wanting to hunt a tb in a comfy saddle.
