Cross Country Courses for hire or xc events coming up

Bay TB- thanks!! Think Unthank is really close so that may be a starting point I think. I cannot see from that link where Hazelbarrow is? Do you know a postcode/ town?

Thanks MardyMare, I like the look of the farm ride at speetley. When I saw some of the photos of jumps on a facebook page they were all 90- 1m? do they have smaller fences there?

Yes they have a few smaller ones - one of my horses I dont feel comfortable jumping more than 70 cm and I found a few she could do. Their ODE has a 65cm class.

If you have transport - Danethorpe near Newark (A1) is fab - lots of smaller friendly fences :)

Hazelbarrow is Norton in Sheffield I believe which is S8 :-)

I've not tried Speetley yet, but I've driven past and it looks a lovely place. A couple of friends have been and have both said the course is fab.

Speetley Equestrian have an One Day Event coming up, we have been to the XC there before and it is a really nice course, with good inviting fences. Eland Lodge is also a good event. Or there is brooksby BE in september!
