Cross country jumps

Does anyone know of anybody in the South Wales (Cardiff) area that can come and assess a pile of cross country jumps to see if they need to be scrapped altogether or whether they can be made safe with a few adjustments? And then, if adjustments can be made, we'd need someone to do that so that they're safe, or someone who can offer a job-lot of BHS safety standard cross country fences.

Eric Winter does a lot of BE course design and is based somewhere near Chepstow I think. Whether he'd be able to do that or how much he'd charge, I don't know, but it might be worth a try?
