Cross country practice course

I'm hoping to put in a cross country practice course on my land for my liveries and to rent out to locals. They'll be quite small jumps 0.80m to get the horse more used to the idea of it rather than being straight off to bramham etc . Does anyone know about legal implications? I have third party liability but I heard that once such course got closed down by health and safety. Do I need to be inspected?

Fairly sure if your going to hire it out then you will need diffrent insurance, sorry.

Best bet is to post in CR as they know all about that sort of thing.

Agree with DH, you will need extra insurance and in case no one mentions it make sure the jumps are fixed to the ground adequately
