Crossing welsh a's and b's,your thoughts??

I have a 12.2hh welsh B mare,very correct example. I would like to breed a true hunter pony lead rein out of her (uo too 12.0hh max). I have looked at a couple of riding pony stallions that are super but are right up to 12.0hh.

Then,I spotted an absolutely super duper bengad welsh a. He stands 11.2hh and is a proper little welshman!!

What are your thoughts on crossing them? What would i be able to register wee one as?? Would it not be a good idea??

The resulting foal would be registered as a section B.
