crufts prices

People are obviously daft enough to pay it! Not me, I will get a free ticket through work and I've been offered a spare parking pass, leaves £19 more I can spend on treats. :D

I'm going on working/pastoral day if anyone fancies a mini HHO meet.

Went last year and that is quite enough Crufts for me for a while :). The stands are great but can't be doing with the crowds and certainly with GSDs there are better shows to see them at where they have decent rings and space to move. I do like the Discover Dogs section though.

It's only £13 with show entries so I always ask around if anyone wants tickets before I do my entries. Having said that 2 dogs entered, 1 catalogue, 3 entrance tickets and a credit card bill if just shy of £100.

I'd like to go but get too anxious in crowded places so will just watch on TV, i did enjoy it when i went about 5yrs ago & got some good deals shopping.
I think £19 is in line with other events, as I've been looking at presents for dad i know gardeners world live is £22.50 & Gadget show live is £16-18 entry only, both at NEC.

Curious what levrier's mum got upto now!

Having just spent nigh on £30 a ticket for HOYS (and these were the cheapest available) Crufts is sounding like a bargain to me.

I would far rather go to HOYS I have to say. At least you get an allocated seat for your money, and there is a bit more space to move around. If you want a seat in the main arena at Crufts for the best in show its another £20 or so.
I have just paid £90 for tickets for the Rolex Kentucky 3 DE, that is for admission for 3 days, seats in the covered grandstand for the dressage and showjumping, and also ticket for the reining championships held one evening. Far better value than Crufts or HOYS imho (you do have to factor in flights mind you :)).
