Crupper Attachment! Help!

Does anybody know where I can get a crupper attachment for a saddle with no D ring? My friend has been waiting two weeks for his crupper to arrive so he can jump his pony without the saddle going mental, it arrived last night but the attachment wasn't included and I can't find one anywhere (bar American sites that only sell Western saddles)
Any help much appreciated!

Just googled and this came up...never tried one as all my saddles have pleanty of rings and attatchments (wouldn't it be easier to get a D ring fitted they are so useful for working equines)

It's bot for me, it's for a friend. None of his saddles have d rings so this would be easier as you can use it on any saddle!
