Cub saddle sizes?

Hi, I've just brought an 11hh welsh sec A. I'm looking to buy a cub saddle, my daughter will be 1yrs old when she starts being led around on her.
I've seen some cub saddles that are 9" and some that are 11/12". I've been offered an 11" one for only £10! Should I take it or should I get a 9" one for my toddlers tiny bum instead?
I know its only a couple of inches but I'm not sure how much difference it might make.

Ask to look at it. Some have a thick plastic cantle which takes up quite a bit of room so the actual bum space is smaller

I'd personally take the 10'' as that will still be pretty diddy

Thanks, its 11" it was used on a Shetland so I'm sure its fine
