Any ideas please on costs to build a standard size, basic menage? A while ago someone mentioned £30k but this does seem an awful lot; has anyone had one constructed recently and how much did it come to? Many thanks.

We built one last year 40 X 20 .Good company good drainage all groundwork silica equestrian sand top.
Fenced and 2 gates fitted just short of £20,000
This also included dealing with the planning application and attended meetings with the council planning dept.

Give Keith at KLH Arena's a call - he will do a very good job, and don't be put off by his location. He will travel. We've used him and i'd recommend him to everyone.
You're quote will vary depending on land - hilly or flat, drainage, & surface etc, plus access to location, and distance from Materials suppliers.
I think for a good Arena with a nice surface with straight forward construction you'll be looking at £20k, but it really does depend on location.
