Custom made saddle reccomendations?

I have a mare who is a strange shape, she is a MW across her back but her withers and shoulders aren't as wide so we go for a MW saddle to fit her across her back but then the saddle comes down at the front.. Which of course causes all sorts of problems.
I am now looking into getting something custom made. I don't overly trust the saddler over here so I am looking at getting her to just do a template then ordering the saddle myself. (Previous experience tells me not to let her tweak the saddle in any way...)
What companies do you suggest are good for reasonibily priced custom made saddles? Were you happy with the end product? Was the service good?

Where are you? I used Bespoke Saddles (Surrey) - Ellie is a master saddler and was infitinely patient when helping me put my saddle together.
