I am currently on the look out for a new saddle and am deciding between a cwd or a Bruno delgrange. I have owned a Bruno delgrange in the past and I loved it but the high praise cwd gets is hard to ignore. What are peoples opinions on these saddles?

I fit both English and forward balance saddles (the latter are more like a continental saddle but probably more so Amerigo), both have trees that are much nicer shapes imo, rails need to give space for T10-15, not just the front arch, and French trees don't on the whole. There are other ways to get the rider super comfy, in balance, close to the centre of gravity of the horse and maximise effectiveness. An awful lot of money for getting some of that (unlikely to get all) but not a horse friendly tree shape.
