I have ordered a rug which DHL tried to deliver yesterday. I had an email stating they had attempted delivery. Will they try again on Monday? They didn't leave a note and someone was at home almost all day. Very efficient service from Cyber Checkout though, I only ordered on Tuesday eve! Thanks
 
Contact DHL as they can be a bit lax about where they tried to deliver and we have often had to redirect them when they have tried to deliver elsewhere or even not looked for us and gone home.

Cybercheckout are good.
 
DHL usually leave a card otherwise ring your local depot. (Cybercheckout usually send you tracking details). That is the only problem in ordering from Cybercheckout as they use DHL for delivery who require a signature. I had a 60 mile round trip to my 'local' DHL depot to pick up a parcel but I do live in a rural area.
 
Usually avoid any mail order which involves DHL, usually end up having to drive miles to collect, saying that, I have now been told that they are taking on contract drivers who live in the areas they deliver to so hopefully the service should inprove
 
I had exactly the same, I waited in all day for a rug to arrive and then had an email from Cybercheckout saying that we were not at home so they left me a card wchich was rubbish!
I rang them and told them I was at home all day and there was no card and she seemed aware that this happens often.

They sent me another email saying it was out for delivery and it arrived next day.

Not Cyber fault, it was DHL.

I have always found Cybercheckout very reliable and would recommend.

I have been off over the christmas break but just give me a call on Monday and I will sort it out.
We are actually changing our courier because of some of these problems. People want quick delivery so we always use courier and 99% of the time it all goes to plan but sometimes, very annoyingly, it will go wrong but we'll fix it.
