I think the canter music is brill but I so don't know what I'm talking about as have no idea what the judges are looking for. Surely it's very subjective?

I commented on the trot on the other thread. The canter music is much more suitable a) as canter music and b) to suit the horse.

As it is Spanish, my advice would be to match with other Spanish music. Off the top of my head, try finding a version of Rossini's "Tarantella" which has the same modern feel as the Carmen variation. A group called Vibrations has one version on a CD called Mediterranean Moods, but that is quite heavy on the guitar.

Then, for walk you could use something like the Rodriguo Guitar Concerto which would give a relaxing feel to the walk and offset the trot and canter rather well - a sort of "breathing space interlude" between the bouncier mood of the other music.
 
Another plus vote for the canter music, it went well with the horse and you could watch the test move with it, but I still think the trot needs something similar, as has already been said spanish type music would go well with what you already have for the walkand canter.
 
I really like the canter and walk music, im still not convinced on the trot music tho.

(can i just add - watch your horse dosent swing its head from side to side, i used to get marks taken off for this as Bloss did it when i first started competing her.)
 
He is usually very still but he wasn't warmed up it was just get on and ride a floorplan so it is not how he usually goes,especially the final halt ,he has got a 10 for that before and it is always 8+.We think the trot music is a problem but it will have to do for Monday
