Just received this message from Dansk Varmblod. Looks as though Johnson has just gained another string to his bow, and it also appears that they have graded a pure-bred Arab as an imporvament stallion for the first time in many years too.

FIRST DAY OF THE STALLION LICENSING

Danish Warmblood Stallion Licensing 10-13 March in Herning

Thursday morning all stallions were presented on hard surface before the judges. The next step for the young stallions is to be shown running loose, in the lunge line or in free-jumping Friday. Saturday the judges announce which stallions will go on to the final licensing on Sunday where the premium and champion stallions will be found.
The four-year-old and older stallions as well as the refinement stallions all received the judges’ verdict today. The approved stallions are now allowed to compete in the dressage and jumping classes.
The 25 stallions listed below were approved Thursday.

I knew Shooting Star had been approved, and Toulouse is one of ours too, and i am absolutely certain Stakkato Dream was here last year too LOL. Good to see the Trakehner stallion Aston Martin get his approval for DV.
