Known as "Irish Tom" when I was growing up.
Knew some good horses come from him and others than needed Barge Pole in its name.
There has been complaints about him for years surprised its taken years for him to end up in court.

They probably died of starvation if he was pleading povety and having to pay back a grand a month for the convictions!
What a scumbag, should be banned from keeping/ selling animals for life. He will never change!
