Data Tag ........... Trailers again !

Could someone please explain to me how this works ?

The new trailer is Data Tagged, with all the paper work, is the Tag hidden somewhere on the trailer ?

Yes, it's hidden on the trailer - a unique number which you need to get registered into your name.

Well, it made s*d all difference when my trailer was stolen last month!!

Very frustrating indeed.

yes it is hidden on your trailer - and you need to phone Ifor Williams and let them know you are now the owner of the trailer - and the identification number off the trailer. The previous owner should have given you a transfer of ownership form to complete. They maintain a central database so if any Ifor is reported stolen they will log is and then alert anyone who tries to register as the new owner
