Date on SD Card

Can anyone tell me please how to adjust the date on my SD card which is in my Hatcam.
Its is recording as if its 2017.
There is no option on the Hatcam to change a date and when I try to get a date onto the SD card via my computer by entering a "Time" text document, it still defaults to 2017.

Does your hatcam link to an app? You might be able to change it on there.

No it’s pretty old.

Sorry to jump on the post but does anybody know how to format one for a camera? or know a shop which may help me set it up?
