for those of you going, i popped round earlier on my way back from the vets. The ground is on the hard side and a bit bumpy in places. Dressage far away from SJ and XC which is nice. SJ is in large ring, and looks to be a nice course. XC is riding well but big and bold, and a fair few ditches. Combintation around fence 6 rides tighter than it walks... few run outs there etc, A few thick and fast questions right before the finish line too. But all in all lots of smiles from people

Sun is shining, but the wind is bl00dy freezing, so take a coat! Oh and Charlie the coffee man is there, which is always nice

Thanks for the info

Heard the XC was hard, but also heard they are aerovating? Also that the river crossings are quite deep but as you don't have to jump in doesn't really matter... Good luck to everyone there, still hoping to take pingy pony on Sunday if he has his ping back

they have aerovated, which definately helps

stick to riding through the middle of the water and you should be fine

Aimee - shes doing ok, as well as expected, cultures have come back and they have change the antibiotics she is on to fight the bacteria present. Vet mentioned bringing her home in 7-10 days time which i was gobsmacked about! Just hope it stays this positive

Thats great news they must be feeling postive if they are thinking about her going home
