Just to say (for once) that I have received excellent customer service from a mail order concern and would heartily recommend these people.

I ordered one of their "endurance" numnah's; I think it was on Tuesday of this week, and lo and behold it's arrived today!!! How the heck they got it to me this fast I do not know, but they have, and I'm very grateful indeed.

I've dealt with them before and found them excellent on that occasion as well.

Just to reassure the button-pushers I'm a customer and have nothing to do with this company, therefore not "advertising".

Which makes one wonder, why the flip can't all the others do the same??? I ordered an item from a certain equine concern who bear the name of a town/city beginning with "D" and the place where one dwells, well before Xmas (middle of November??? - think it was then) - and that's only just arrived this week!

Ahh the infamous "city in midlands, dwelling" company I bought a horseball harness from a company in Italy the other week on a Friday afternoon. It arrived the following Wednesday, despite their shipping projection being well over 10 days. Some online retailers are so good, it does make you wonder what the others are playing at.

Yep me too - bought a stall guard which arrived a day or two later, very impressed! Plus bought it through his ebay shop which was a few pounds cheaper than his website so worth checking that out too

Got two pairs of breeches[on sale] from Dave, they were so cheap, I had to query the quality [phoned up], was assured, and they are great!!!
May buy another two pair, but they probably won't wear out, I still have a pair I bought two years ago.

Another nice surprise this week! Ordered some Ariat thermal riding tights from Hope Valley Saddlery. They've got them over at my local equestrian store; and even considering they're having a discount day of minus 20% this weekend, they're cheaper on-line.

A ridiculously low price, and arrived mega quick too! So I'd deffo recommend them too.
