(Daventry) Grass livery + arena

Hi everyone! I'm in Daventry, which is on the edge of Northamptonshire with Warwickshire only a stone's throw away. I'm looking for grass livery at a centre/yard that also has an arena available for use. Looking for first horse with my partner and trying to get a good feel for rates and suitable locations beforehand so that we are well prepared!

Must be 24/7 all year turnout.

Maximum driving time is 30 mins, 15 mins preferred!

Please do NOT go to Boughton Mill! If you want to know more I'm happy to elaborate but suffice to say my horse was there for 4 days and that was only because it took me that long to find somewhere else, and I spent the whole time thinking he would end up injured or get out on the road
