Just watching this classic, and a girl was walking her dog which then started barking at a passing chappie on his 'oss....she let go of dog....brilliant stunt actually, as the dog was barkin, horse kicked out then reared up and the bloke fell off...then said horse galloped off with dog in hot pursuit....

Girl helps chap up and says -

'I'm sorry'...

Bloke replies -

'Oh it's not your fault dear'...

Yeah....right! This day and age.....he would be sueing her ass!

:D

Not only would he sue her BUT Health & Safety would be involved as he wasn't wearing a hat or body protector and the horse could have flattened someone in the park
The RSPCA would be involved as the dog may have got kicked and the horse galloped off possibly hurting itself
The list is endless!!
Oz :)

lol, don't forget the cost of the stress to the other users in the park who had to have counselling after they witnessed the "incident" and the police's over time whilst there collecting statements, it's all adding to the costs, could be into the millions already!
