Since it is coming up to Christmas my lovely family members have started asking what I wish for Christmas. My horse cannot be ridden, and I have all the stuff I need for her and more. So I was thinking perhaps it would be nice to have a day out or even a weekend somewhere nice, to go riding.
Any recommendations for a great day out or short break for those of us who don't have a horse they can ride?
I have never tried hunting, so it would be extra fun to take some lessons aimed at pre-hunting or XC. I am based in Central Scotland but would travel. Not fussed about the standard of accommodation etc. but it would like a place with friendly grown up instructors & safe, well kept horses.
