I ordered my new boots 10weeks ago still not here was told 6-8 weeks has anyone else got these boots and how long was it until you got them ?

I phoned them just a few days after the eight weeks all they said they weren't in yet and they would phone me as soon as they were here ..I might just be being inpatient because I'm excited about getting them

it took them longer than they said with mine. when it got to 7.5wks I rang up and enquired and was told a story about the italians taking a 2 wk holiday which I didnt entirely believe and was promised them by a date making them a week overdue with the promise to contact me if there was a problem for any reason. They didnt arrive so I rang to chase again! humph! so they arrived 10weeks + after ordering and they are lovely 
however their customer service leaves a lot to be desired IMO I think expecting someone to pay 400 odd £ up straight means they can jolly well get the boots to you in the time period given - especially as 6-8wks seems a long time anyway! My only advice = keep ringing and to be perfectly honest if it went over 3 months waiting I would expect a part refund/some kind of compensation! that long for a pair of boots is a joke! I had to buy a new pair of gaiters as my other ones which were starting to look worn before I ordered the boots went and broke on me 
. Take comfort in the fact that when the boots arrive they are lovely

Don't worry you're not the only one! I'm coming up to my 10th week as well so there must be a back log or something. I was told between 6-8weeks too. I phoned them last week and they said they would be here between the 2nd - 8th Nov....so they have until today before I'm not the phone demanding my boots! LOL

I bought my black ones from a shop but also tried to get them in brown. The first pair they sent were faulty so I re-ordered and was told they would get them quickly because of what had happened, they estimated 3 weeks.
After many phone calls and being given delivery dates that were never met I gave up after 14 weeks and got my money back. They are good boots but they certainly aren't great enough to wait more than 14 weeks for!
